Cancellations

24-Hour Notice: We kindly ask that you give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients and avoid downtime.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% charge of the service fee. No shows are 100% charge of missed service. In case of multiple late cancellations or no-shows, we may request a deposit for future appointments.

Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your manicure, please let us know within 24 hours of your appointment. We will gladly offer a complimentary fix or a credit towards another service if the result does not meet your expectations.
