Cancellations

  • 24-Hour Notice: We kindly ask that you give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients and avoid downtime.

  • Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% charge of the service fee. No shows are 100% charge of missed service. In case of multiple late cancellations or no-shows, we may request a deposit for future appointments.

Refunds

  • Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your manicure, please let us know within 24 hours of your appointment. We will gladly offer a complimentary fix or a credit towards another service if the result does not meet your expectations.

  • Due to the nature of our services and the time involved, we do not offer cash refunds once a manicure or pedicure has been completed. We strive to ensure every client leaves happy, so please feel free to discuss any issues or concerns immediately after your service.

Damage

  • Chip/Crack Fix: If your manicure chips or cracks within 2 days of the service, please contact us immediately, and we will offer a complimentary touch-up or a discounted service to fix the issue.
